I am obsessed with Bbq sauce. I love a sweet and thick sauce that I can use on anything. Tonight’s dinner was great. Know why?! It involved Bbq sauce. You can make this wrap on a sandwich or as a salad as well. Tweak the ingredients to your likings.
Vegan Bbq chicken wrap
- 1 bag of Gardein chicken nuggets
- 1 cup of Bbq sauce
- 3 whole wheat wraps
- 1/2 cup canned corn
- 3 tbs dairy free ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup of lettuce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheddar (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Sprouts
- 1 Grape tomato diced
Place your chicken in a medium bowl. Pour your Bbq sauce over the chicken and mix until the nuggets are drenched. Transfer nuggets onto a baking sheet and cook following package directions.
While the chicken is cooking get your wraps prepared. Start each wrap off by adding a tbs of ranch down the center.
Next add your lettuce, corn, tomato, sprouts, and cheese if using .
Once the chicken is done baking, add three nuggets to each wrap. You will have one nugget left over.
Tuck in the ends of the wrap and roll them tightly to prevent the insides from falling out.
